Ingredients
1 cup mashed banana
1 cup shredded zucchini, lightly squeezed
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
2 cup oats
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ cup cocoa powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients and mix well to coat the oats.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 40-50 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing.
